I used 5 lbs of chicken breast and figured to double the recipe, but it came out not so good. Can’t quite place it, but it has a sour like taste? The only other difference was that the only onion powder the store had had dried chives and green onion in the mix. Could that have done it?

Instead of onion powder I’m going to add one onion on the bottom and use chicken thighs instead which should be fine I’m thinking , but one question Dave, is there enough sauce in the crockpot to have gravy add a little flour to thicken it up ?

I just started WW, because I’m 160 pounds overweight and really want to stay alive for the people in my life. The only thing in this that has points is the olive oil, and since you don’t eat most of it, I wonder how you calculate that
