I just wanted to share , I love my instantpot for real , yep I gotta but! Every time I try to do too different things in a instapot I scorch. This time I totally washed the pot out and started with a clean pot putting my ground meat and sauce and noodles to my fresh pot and set it to Manuel 8 min , well it stuck and tried to scorch , before it did I set to off and well I didn’t burn it this time but what do I do when it doesn’t seal 😲😩

My husband and I followed your recipe, and instead of crushed tomatoes, I added mushrooms. I also added fresh grated Parmesan cheese to melt inside, then added more on top of my dish. I love cheese. LOL Really enjoyed making this with the instant pot, and will follow this recipe for now on, when using it. Thank you!

I am going to cook a lot of spaghetti so I will separate spaghetti and others. By that I mean I will do spaghetti and water in the pot only first. How many minutes of high pressure do you recommend for only spaghetti and water? thanks

One question. My spaghetti always sticks when I make it. I am using a recipe similar to yours. I want to know why it does. Do you think it is the way you lay the spaghetti in there vs completely covering the pasta with the tomatoes and sauce? thank you.

What a great idea for harried and stressed out parents who want to make spaghetti and meat sauce in under 35 minutes in ONE POT during the weekdays! There are several other youtube videos on how to create this dish in electric pressure cooker and stovetop pressure cookers.

I sautéed my ground beef. Broke up 16oz box of noodles over the meat. used a 45oz jar of tomato sauce. Don’t forget to add 3 cups of water. Had to pressure cook it for 10 mins… and it came out al dente noodles.

First time I forgot the water and noodles burned on the bottom of the cooker and messed me up.

NEVER cook pasta in a pressure cooker!
    It turns to mud!
Boil it hard in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes until ‘al dente’.
    Just soft; but needs chewing.
    Anyone can buy canned spaghetti!

Meh learn how to cook then buy a instant pot obviously. Meat carries water and fat. Perhaps she could have added half a cup of water but if added whole can diced tomatoes that should have been enough did you only add half spaghetti box. Her recipe looks pretty good. People half listen then complain when their version sucks. Follow directions or cook on the stove y’all. It’s spaghetti not rocket science.

You need to update your post. This is completely unhelpful and terrible. I had to throw out an entire pot of spaghetti because of all of the steps you left out. You didn't say anything about water and you didn't say anything about mixing it up. My meat burnt so bad on the bottom of the pan I had to scrape it off.

I tried this with step by step instructions and when I went to the set the pot to 8 mins after twisting the lid on and adjusting the steam latch, it displayed Burn notification. So this wasn't helpful.
