Instant Pot meat loaf = the only way I eat meatloaf now! I even use ground venison that has little to no fat content and it turns out moist and delicious every time!
Wouldn't it be much easier to put the meatloaf in an 8" round cake pan, for example, and cover it tightly with foil? I think I'll try this with my Meatloaf Italiano recipe made with Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing, beef broth, parmesan, Italian Seasonings, and an egg.

My meatloaf recipe is in my head, eyeball the amounts. I use oats instead of breadcrumbs and tomato sauce in the meatloaf itself. Nothing on top. My son thinks I'm a weirdo because I put mustard on mine at the table. My Mom and I have never been big meatloaf eaters so I'll do anything to get it down my throat. I have a great recipe from a friend that everyone really likes except my son. It has grated carrots, bread cubes, bread crumbs, cheddar cheese and you wrap bacon on the top. The last 20 minutes of cooking you have a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire you paint the top and all sides liberally. Then once again right before it's done. Now that's a meatloaf I can eat every week. This recipe is half ground sirloin hamburger and ground white Turkey. There is hardly any fat in it so it's not to bad for you. I've been itching to try it with 100% Turkey and see how it does. With Turkey you always have to add extra seasonings and things to give great flavor otherwise it's bland. And I'm thinking I'll have to incorporate some fat into it, garlic infused olive oil or something.
We love baked potatoes to but guess who doesn't care to much for them? I bet you know…my son. Well beings he does 99% of the cooking, so I guess I can't complain. 😂🤣😂

Meatloaf looks good, I use onion soup mix along with fresh onions when I make my meatloaf.
I've never heard of a instant pot before I'll have to check them out. Thanks for a great video now I want a meatloaf sandwich with some hot peppers on it.
