I have made Hainanese Chicken in an Instant Pot. Very easy. Probably similar to cooking in the rice cooker. It is amazing how much flavour this dish has even though visually it looks bland.

Oh God Marion please help!!!! 😬😭I love your recipes but I am newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I want to make your dishes but can't do rice and noodles anymore. Can you suggest another carb-like imposter base to the dishes other than cauliflower rice? Unless I am doing something wrong, cauliflower rice is desperately bland. Hey…maybe this could be an idea for a video. Us diabetics deserve to eat well too 😋

These recipes look lush. Defo trying jammy chicken on top of rice tray bake. What veg could go in with the rice and chicken though? Carrots? Bamboo shoots?

I wish more one pot recipes had meat, carbs AND veg in one pot. Often they forget the veg. For a weeknight meal I'd still need to dirty more dishes to cook a veg or salad to go with it side.

Sorry, 3rd part was exactly what I would like to see

These are great dishes! You taught me how to turn up the heat and shorten the cooking time to make fabulous chicken and I'm still hung up on that. Unbelievably delicious! These are good sometimes though. I love the way you draw the knife through the legs and thighs to get the marinade into the meat. You are certainly a goddess in the kitchen and you do make me look like I know what I'm doing! You also made a really great steamed chicken that made its own sauce and turned out to be deliciously slurpy and amazingly fall-off-the-bone tender. All great dishes and certainly not run of the mill dry, overcooked ho-hum chicken Thanks, Marion! You put chicken back on table!

Marion, this was just what I needed! Love one-pot dinners. I don't know if you have an InstantPot, but I was wondering if you may be able to show us how to make some yummy meals that use an InstantPot. Thank youuuu x
