    1 to 1.5 lb Ground turkey, chicken or beef
    1 Onion. Diced
    1 Bell Pepper. Any color. Diced
    10 oz can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (Undrained)
    1 ½ cups Broth of Choice. Bone. Beef or Chicken.
    1 cup long grain rice
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    .5 Cup to 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese (per preference)
    …for the seasonings below, use what you have❤️ don’t stress if you don’t have the ingredients. It’s all about making at your own:
    2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 Teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    mix everything together. Once you add the rice cover until all the broth is absorbed once cooked fluff it up add your cheese and you’re good to go.
