Does anyone have an idea how to convert this recipe to using brown rice? The recipe is fantastic and my wife and I loved it, but we like using brown rice when we can.

I made this and stupidly used cayanne in place of the paprika, and then decided to add the paprika because "why not?" It was a little spicy, but still very delicious! I actually enjoyed the rice more than the chicken. Next time I make this I'm going to pay closer attention to what seasonings I grab. Thank you!
