    I tried shirataki noodles before and didn't think they were a great replacement for real pasta when I tried them with spaghetti sauce, though they were decent when making Asian-style noodles with them. Never tried making mac and cheese with them though. If I can find that particular shape of noodles, I'll definitely try this dish!

    This recipe totally blew Remington's out of the water. Remington's recipe is good but is totally a schmuck serving. Who cares if a schmuck serving is high protein! It's still a schmuck serving!
