I too am obsessed with gochujang! I wanted to add fresh chilli to a Bolognese I was making and had none so, in comes the gochujang!> it was (although not traditional) the best Iβve made and now, it will always be a little secret flourish to my spag bol.
Perfect timing, I have everything already, so that is dinner sorted for tonight. Will be swapping the chicken thighs for chicken nibbles (wings cut up) & think it will be good. πππ
