We had chicken legs on sale where I market last week @ .99¢/lb and I was totally thinking about this recipe!! Oh but Flo now you can pressure cook and bake in the same pot now with the Ninja Foodi. Its all the rage and you must try and get one for the channel…its DA BOMB! And tell your husband to speed up the taste testing..he can be slow..lol. 😁

That won't fit in your 6Qt Instant Pot? That's why you get an 8Qt Instant Pot! (Yes, I know it takes up a ton of space but it's very handy for rising dough) Awesome video Flo and Dude! Looks delicious!

I have this cooking in my oven right now. I didn’t have a lemon, but I think it will still be delicious. Easy weekday meal, economical and one pan to clean, yay. Thanks Flo!

Did this tonight. But I added a ranch pantry to the veggies and some whole garlic cloves. Came out so good. And I also put some butter on top of all the chicken legs. The skin came out so good.

sometimes we forget that the use of lemon and vinegar is for cleaning the chicken besides adding flavor,. Some Asian countries (hot) use vinegar for cleaning the chicken and leave it to rest about 30 min. Then use it to cook with it,

Here goes a dinner this week. I have 2 nice frozen chicken legs and thighs that qualify for a nice meal for my son and me. He loves to stop by after work every night and I’m always trying to make hearty home cooked and healthy meal for us. I’ve got to make a zip to Aldi’s anyway and will pick up the carrots. Otherwise I’m all set. You came through for me again, friend. BTW…love the new do, Dude. Looks good on you. Blessings to you both, and of course the kiddos. Love you ooples, Jo
