In the videos of others it's bread on the outside stuff on the inside. I was thinking of doing this with skipping flip to coat the outside of the bread. And wow those eggs are way over cooked. In the videos of street food vendors they usually have a low heat spot on their griddles. Oh and if instead of a serrano what you add if you wanted to give it some heat with a southwestern kick?

people saying you did it "wrong" need to get out more lol. because its soaking up the egg its gonna be more like french toast and not like a traditional breakfast sandwich. I've seen it done with 4 slices that you fold twice (egg on the outside) but this way works in the home kitchen because not a lot of people have giant griddles just chilling in their kitchen. cool video!
