If the roast is to big for your family cut it in half or even fourth then freeze it for later. We did bishop store house for few years now they only had big roast like that we don't eat it all gone so I found out that if I cut it in like 4th it the perfect amount for us. Hopefully that help your little family out.
How do u perserve the lettuce? And also do u freeze your eggs??
