I am glad you said that about the catering. I have to pray for people because too many have heart issues and want everything for free. The negative complaining spirit is exhausting and I have no tolerance.

That looks delicious, definitely trying this! Found your channel from a comment of yours on Chaplin's classics. Earned a sub, and I'll be checking out all your stuff. Thanks chef

That’s another great Christmas recipe Chef Jeffrey. I have tried to make it before but it didn’t come out so good and now I can see why. I missed a lot of important steps. It really amazes me that people complain when you are trying to giving excellent information and instructions on cooking. I don’t understand people really? I think some people are just miserable. I’m sorry you have to go through that Sir. God Bless you and your team for everything you do. We’re now at the end of 22 going into 23. We shall see what it hold for us bc this last yr has been a rough one. Merry Christmas to you all.

Where there’s a will, there is a way. Cater at peoples homes who are: friends and family, ex coworkers, church home members who do not mind filming the process of prep + cooking. Hey Chef do you know what is soooo satisfying to people who watch cooking shows? Tasting! WE L O V E to see chefs and observers taste the skill and techniques that went in to prepare delicious food. Picking a viewer for filming. U can choose someone elderly, otherwise you will have to do background checks for everyone else. I would love to see the outcome and waiting on your new videos.

Good evening, Chef! This is a gorgeous meal presentation! Tomorrow is our 26th wedding anniversary and this would be perfect! The "icing on the cake" would be Creme Brule for dessert! I love variety and experimenting with recipes from all cultures! I love your old school soul food for good comfort food, but I also love recipes like this. Keep doing you! Haters are gonna hate, but never let them keep you from doing what God has called you to do. Don't give them that satisfaction. Thanks for sharing! ❤️

I agree with the sister Above, Lisa Gillespie. We all absolutely love you teaching us cooking skills that we may or may not know, either way we gain knowledge and encouragement from your awesome tutelage.

    Thank you Sir
Wishing you a Very Blessed and Joyous Holiday Season and New Year.

Ps. I've got the Filo dough n the spinach so I can make the Spinach Souffle.

I have also decided to do your root vegetables baked but I'm going to make a meatloaf with it or Salisbury steak and again thank you.🙏

Hey Chef! This is really off topic but I have meaning to ask you……..there was a video awhile back where you said you have a honey cornbread recipe that you would put up during the Holidays. I don't remember what it was called exactly- maybe you called it Honey Buttermilk Cornbread??? I am making chili & cornbread tomorrow for the cold front's arrival so if you have already posted it & I missed it somehow, let me know where to find! I have buttermilk and honey on hand so I'm ready! (& cornmeal of course!) Thanks & wasn't that a terrible way for that Cowboys game to end??? 😔

Chef Jeffery, continue to be who you are, and don't change yourself to fit the way others want you to be. In otherwards, be true to yourself. I absolutely love your videos, old school and new..
