Good afternoon Chef Jeffery! Boy them oxtails sure do look delicious. I used to make them alot but now with the prices of them going way up I really had to stop buying them. So what I do now I only cook them for Thanksgiving substituting them for a Turkey. I cook turkey all year round so I look forward to the oxtails at Thanksgiving time. Or Christmas. You keep stiring up them gifts in that kitchen Chef Jeffery!! πŸŽπŸŽπŸ‘

You show'd off with that gravy. I'm not into oxtails but that gravy was off-the-chain and I wanted to jump through the tv and help myself. Oh, you said that we don't know nothin' about soppin' that gravy but my dad was a country boy and I got alot of experience from him. 😁

Chef!!!, all I need is a bowl of your buttered rice with some sugar…, so good 😊. My sister gave me $50 worth of oxtails last night and I will be making this recipe in just a few minutes. Thanks πŸ™πŸΎ

Absolutely delicious looking – a vegetarian would back-slide on this mealβ€ΌοΈπŸ˜‰ I haven’t had oxtails for maybe two decades and now they are ridiculous in price and it’s no longer affordable. But β€œChef πŸ‘¨πŸ½β€πŸ³ Jeff” brought back β€œOld School” memories with this one

My mom was poor Austrian growing up in war torn Europe. She use to make tail in sauce Sunday for us. Love this version actually quite close to home. Cream and caraway in sauce and dumplings instead of rice. So good.

Never had smothered oxtails. I used to make oxtail soup. I have beenwanting to try smothered oxtails from a soul food restaurant, but have been apprehensive because of spending so much for oxtail dinner, the oxtails may not be tender, and I will not be very happy. Maybe one day I will make my own.
Thanks for introducing me to Cavenders seasoning…I really love it!

That was me…I only got 2 pieces out of 40…Just greedy people in my house…If I decide to buy any more, it will be just for me, and they will get something else…SMDH…Thanks for sharing your vids…

😲🀯 Now, that's what I'm talking about! πŸ˜πŸ˜‹ Smothered Oxtails have always been my most favorite meat dish. How I'd just love to have some right at this moment. I'd have to eat in the other room though because I like eating mine like a piece of fried chicken. Just grab me one and let my chops get to work 🀭😁. I can almost taste yours just by site 😁. It would cost me an arm and a leg if I did buy some since they're so expensive and I like buying a big batch so I'd have enough for a couple dinners.πŸ€πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ I've never seen anyone cook rice like that Chef Jeffrey. πŸ€” Learned something new…. again. Gotta try that too. πŸ˜‰ Have a great day. Thanks
