The absolute best comment by chef, "…I like a little bit of fat on mine." People, not all fat is bad for you, if you feel they are, then best savored on special occasions. I love potato chips, and when someone opens a bag near me and offers…I only take one chip. The flavor of one chip is much more filling than filling my belly with a bag of chips. I mean really..? Did the flavor change? Fill your belly with healthy, taste the beauty of rare treats.

    Beautiful! Making my mouth water!
I used to have my Grandmother's old-fashioned Presto brand pressure cooker.
Boy, I made some delicious meals in that! Lost it to downsizing.
I may consider getting an InstaPot someday.

I don't entertain ignorant arguments about not seasoning in the sink. I've went to culinary school and worked in restaurants. We always have done so.. All restaurant's sinks are clean and seasoning in sinks. My sinks at home and counters are always sanitized. As always, I enjoy your channel and all cooking tips. Be blessed
