You know Chef Jeff , I Love your channel…And I am mad that me, and we people do not have the beauty of living where you do. Seriously, what you buy for food in your State of Texas, is not affordable lately, in the areas in which you live, in where I live in Metro Atlanta GA!!!! It really sucks, because the prices for such items, are currently way high!!! No, I do not want to live in any part of Texas, because Georgia is already way hot, humid enough!!! So, all I can do right now is watch, and droll over your dishes. All good! But man, I am so mad, that the simplest foods that Black People in America, is way too high for most of us, to be able to afford! This, of course is never your personal problem. I just didn't have luck last time I used Short ribs to make a bolognese type pasta dish. Way too much fat
and not enough meat for the price I paid. But I can't remember if they were boneless or on the bone.

I’m glad you’re using & enjoying the little gadget I sent you. A couple of tips are to put it on after you’ve set it to seal & then turn it on. You don’t burn your fingers at all that way & it’s top shelf dishwasher safe. Enjoy!
