i use Crushed Tomatoes in place of the Tomato Juice, Much better tasting also etc Thanks for sharing etc.
Stingy on the meat. Please NO tomato sauce. And, where the heck is the onion. Bet you are from the north and scared of flavor. Yes, and where is the bay leaf. Nope your stew don't make it.
