YUM!!!
Yummy.love pumpkin bread.
But with the left over batter before you dived it up i would have said what the heck and ate the left over batter.
My mom used cans for bread once in a while. This recipe looks delicious, thanks for sharing. God Bless.
Ms. Lori. I made this pumpkin bread. The only difference I put mine in a Bundt pan and I did put some cream cheese frosting on it. I took it to our best friends house. We get together every Friday and share a meal together. Several times I have taken a Ms. Lori cake or pie. Our friend Ron told me to be sure and tell you how good this was. He loved it. He also loved your Mountain Dew cake. Thanks for this delicious recipe. It made a great cake.
I’m not sure if I just missed this in the video, but am wondering if you have to grease the cans? Also the oven temp and time? I love the idea of wrapping them in a kitchen towel for gift giving!
I looked on Amazon for a “can” to cook in and the only one I saw was like $33.00?! 😳
My sister bakes the best Boston Brown Bread in veggie cans. She gives me 1 or 2 loaves each Christmas. I love to slice and butter it, warm it in the microwave, and enjoy it with a cup of hot tea. THAT is comfort food 🙂
I love the idea, but I'd probably have to find a big veggie can because coffee comes in bags or plastic "cans" now. 🙁
great video! I need to watch it again- I was way too busy looking at all the wonderful items on your walls, counter and shelves- Love it!!
I’m saving coffee cans now!! I remember mom doing this and now you’ve helped me remember that. Thank you!! Love you!!
Thank you for another great video! I like to sometimes either add butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips to my pumpkin bread. I prefer the butterscotch chips to the white chocolate chips but both are delicious
Thank you for a wonderful idea!.. Looks delicious!
I absolutely love this! Such a great idea… and I love Pumpkin bread! Yummy… luv ya!😘🥰
❤️❤️❤️
I love you to death!!! My mom AND grandma were Eastern city girls and were NOT the homey cooks… so I am having a wonderful time watching you and Mr. Brown enjoy life and teach me so much. I was always so jealous of my friends who had homey moms or grandmas. Keep telling the stories and sharing your "old ways" – I can't be the only one starving for this stuff.
Thank you for the sweet idea and recipe.
Thanks for the great recipe and gift ideas! So now I'm curious about which coffee Mr. Brown prefers?
Love your videos Ms Lori
Awesome, I've never seen this before, they are cute
Yummy looks so good
that is almost like the BOSTON BROWN BREAD
Damn…die-BEETUS!!!!! 3 cups sugar?!?!?
Thanks for the recipe!! I can’t wait to make this for my family and elderly neighbors. They all are going to love this!!
I guard my old 16 ounce coffee cans with my life, use them for brown bread. Went to get new ones, smaller and they have those pull tops on them so it leaves a ridge inside the can. Love cooking in cans. Thanks for letting all whom did not know it is possible and easy. My husband is going to try to make me new ones out of stainless, he is capable, now lets see if he has time.
My grandma also made date nut bread and gum drop bread in cans. Thank you for sharing your recipe. It brings back many wonderful memories.
Pour the awful coffee on the hydrangeas. They LOVE IT. thats what my wife does to keep them blue and blooming big
