    Excuse me in popping your bubble. You need to use Mct oils(medium-chain triglycerides). Evoo cold press cocunut oil and avocado oil is 3 I know right off the top. They are plant base and the brain loves to use these to repair itself. Why are you not telling this? You come here like you are an authority. People need fats in their diets especially for brain function.
