Thanks for posting! My daughter recently got me an order of bbq'd potato wedges…which were heavenly…but drenched in oil, no doubt. I decided that I MUST find a way to make them without oil, which got me here. Even though yours aren't barbecued; this is most of the recipe. So thanks for sharing this…and I love the electroswing also…I'm a big fan of the genre and dance!
