Looks delicious! I”ll definitely try that mushroom bacon. I often make a cashew based carbonara, but I always add a touch of kala namak to give a slight eggy flavor more reminiscent of original carbonara.

Hi. Love the recipe…however, when 3 of the 4 ingredients, traditionally used too make this recipe are missing, why call it by that name!!! This is not carbonara. Why not come up with a proper name. Be proud of what you've made.

Looks fantastic guys!!! I’d do just the pasta and sauce and I’d be totally satisfied. The different possibilities of this dish is endless. I’m imagining adding thinly sliced fresh basil with quartered cherry tomatoes. Oh my!!!

Thanks, guys. really appreciate the oil-free recipes you put up. there is really no need for oil. However, I would like to highlight that this recipe is not low fat. But the fact that this is oil-free it's great. Looking forward to more of this! THANK YOU

Hi, I’m Italian. Can I give u a suggest. Try to add a bit of turmeric and pepper. It’s make the souse a bit yellower and more like the original.

Looks Fab! Loving the no oil, I don't know why but when cooking with oil I get digestive issues (cold for salads is okay, don't know why). Will defo try this the sauce looks delicious! Interesting glaze for the mushrooms, although I will use regular Oysters, they are much cheaper here in Germany!
    Cheers for everything you do!
