Dinner time is chaos and madness at my house my kids are all in high school they come home at 4 and want dinner when they walk in I am usually trying to get my special needs son off the bus and the other 2 kids are coming in on the bus my phone always rings around that time because my mom feels the need to call at that time of day but it's okay because she is my mom and I love her. Kids are trying to all tell me about there day at the same time but as soon as the food is ready they all get quiet. I call the 3:304:30 hour the witching hour. What you said about stretching meat is so true I get a family pack of chicken breasts and I split it into 4 meals for my family of 5 adults/teens I usually do 2 chicken breasts to mix in tobour alfredo but i put in a bag of broccoli and a pound and a half for alfredo so it makes 2 dinners for the 5 of us. Hope you have a wonderful week

I am so inspired by your work ethic and all the scratch made recipes you do on a daily basis. I’m positive there are young mothers on here that are watching you and are following in your footsteps. Thank you so much for setting such an amazing example for young mothers and stay at home fathers that are looking for guidance and finding it here. You are not only setting an amazing example for your own children and the people currently watching, but also future generations to come. The things you do on here with food preservation are fading and people are forgetting these important skills. You are a true kindred spirit and wise beyond your years. Keep up the extraordinary work. You truly are spectacular!

2 cup bread flour = 2 cup – 1 tsp all purpose + 1 tsp vital wheat gluten(amazon you can buy a large bag for 20$) The wheat gluten makes it fluffier and chewier. Much much cheaper than buying the bread flour. 🍞 😍❤️
