    I like a lot of your recipies but having said that it seems as if yours is a channel for thyroid and PCoc people. Also you talk about using Almond milk as if it is the cheapest ingredient on earth. Please we will welcome recipes not harping on healthy and thyroid and PCOS all the time.

    I made oats for my breakfast today without milk,I just roasted my quick oats for some minutes in the pan then added some water in it,then added palm mishri and one tsp of flaxseed to it and it still tasted good for me,Oats is my no.1 favourite food ever
