I can't believe seitan could be that easy to make! I have just had a house move "sprung" upon me in the next couple of weeks, but I'm saving this video so I can come back to the seitan and try making some once I'm settled in. The more options I have, the better, and you make it so much less scary than I had thought it would be. Thanks, Maddie – again, another brilliant little video from you. You cram in a lot of great content into less than 10 minutes!

And you help make it easier for those of us who aren't good cooks (but who are learning) to continue to be vegan, with new options and suggestions all the time. I don't know how you keep it up, but I'm impressed! You should have way more followers than you currently do. I shall promote you! LOL (Well, OK, I'll tell my friends – that at least I can do!)

You make that seitan look so easy. I must admit I'm still a bit scared to give it a go! Great recipe ideas 🥳🥰 thanks so much. Spring soup season here, I've been making heaps for batch prep and putting some in freezer for later 💞

Excellent video & recipes Maddie but it would be cheaper to cook the ingredients in a air fryer rather than a oven because in UK currency it costs 87 pence to run the oven and it's reduced to 14 pence to run the air fryer ( don't know what it would be in Canadian currency). Love 🥰 the video and love 💞 Maddie & Q.
