I gave this idea to a local Italian food truck but I doubt they’ll make it. And I know for sure I’ll never make it at home… take hunks of Italian sausage and mozzarella cheese and skewer them alternating on the same stick. Then make a corn batter dip but treat it more like polenta with some garlic and parmesan and stuff then batter the skewers, fry and dip in marinara. Just when you make it.. I want it named after me!
