Really embarrassing to know that clay pots were not even included in this list. By far, the best cookware that I know of! Been used since ages. Time tested!

This is the first time I have seen Women use the male technology of "soaking the pan".
I still use the traditional old school cast iron skillets. If you watch ebay or online auctions you can pick them up fairly reasonably priced. Most generally you do have to clean them up and season them but well worth it. Modern cast iron does not have the quality of material or manufacturing that you get with a 75+ year old cast iron skillet. But thats my opinion.
So, the instant pot SS inner cooking pot is toxic then, eh? (Since they are not magnetic)

FYI: Your SS cookware is 10% nickel, 18/10 SS. This is not considered “low” in nickel.

Both my exes always light me up about my cookware. So for Christmas ,,,,,
I would suggest waiting for the pan to cool a bit before putting water in it. The change in temperature could warp the bottom of it.

to clean it you can just boil a little water or water with tiny amount of vinegar.
Stargazer iron skillets are the best! I use mine every day. Made in USA and a bit lighter in weight than Lodge.
