Instead of goin through the spray & excess use of sauce you can just bake it and about half way done start with spreading the sauce.

It's plain. The bigger the chicken the more internal flesh there is that just off sets any coating of sauce. When I started cooking deep fried wings I used to do jumbo… but it was plain, and it's too much work to miranade chicken when you want wings instantly, since deep frying is supposed to be a fast method of cooking too… the whole process of miranading your chicken over night is just too long.
So I started just using party wings, quick cook so it's highly versatile when it comes to prep work and trying different flavors/seasoning.
