    Great biscuits!! Southern Biscuit mix is good to have on hand. I make round biscuits and shape in my hands. I wasn’t taught with a biscuit cutter although it is a good tool . The key to a good biscuit is not to over knead your dough and watch your amount of shortening if you use it. It just takes practice . Have an amazing day.💐💐

    I used to make my biscuits just like that squares and all! I too wouldn’t call myself a biscuit expert but I used to love to eat biscuits😋. Excellent demo. I would eat these all by themselves. They don’t need nothing.😌

    So here's my thoughts on biscuits, they are like women. Similar but different and come in all types. 😋 Big one's, little one's. Round one's, square one's.     When I make biscuits I pat gently and fold the top and bottom to the middle like folding a sheet of paper.I rotate the dough 3 times and fold each time. Makes sense to cut square shapes instead of rounds. Your biscuits look so good!
