I made these last night subbing a different seasoning, but they were delicious! I think I could have cut the time down a bit because mine were a bit thinner; but this recipe is a keeper.

Trying these tonight, except I only had coconut oil. I had 8, 4 with lawry's & pepper. 4 with garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, & cayenne. Already smelling delicious! Thanks John!

Delicious. I used Tony C instead of Lawry (no salt version)…that’s what I had on hand. Turned out so moist. Wondering if I could have used air roast instead of air fryer setting? I used 390 and cooked about 23 min.

Hi! I'm debating between the 251 and the 201 because of the integrated thermometer function. I would like to get into cooking meat at more medium cooked and medium rare temps. But I noticed you didn't use the integrated thermometer for these chops. It's it something I can likely add on later down the line, is use my own thermometer?

Do you think I could do this in the Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry Oven with the same temp and time? Which cook setting do you think would be best? This looks soooooo delicious! I've never been good at cooking pork chops, they always come out dry. Looking forward to trying this!

Fabulous video, they sure look mouthwatering good… Next time I go to Sam's I'm going to get some and try this although I prefer pork at 165F. Thanks John for yet another outstanding and very detailed video!

Hi John, Could you please do a comparison video of the Ninja SP101 Foodi 8-in-1 and the Ninja DT251 Foodi 10-in-1 Smart Air Fry. Curious to know if they are more or less the same besides the obvious difference in size. Plus when would you choose one over the other. Thanks.

Slightly Pink Chops are more tender and also more juicy period! It's just people can't get past what they have been told all these years about you have to cook pork to death before you can eat it? If you cook it until it's white inside you have overcooked it. Ask any Chef!!!
