Hi Victoria. So happy my Google feed & the Lord, helped me find you today. The candy recipe looks delicious. At Whole Foods I have found a sugar free , grain free Granola, by the brand name of, Nana Joe's. When I try your recipe I am going to use that and make half a recipe. I will also add unsweetened flaked coconut & some pecans etc.
    Thanx. Cali Lady ><*>

Just made these yesterday – absolutely delicious. My husband asked, "Are you sure these don't have sugar in them?" My only concern is that my batch was a little too soft, even after chilling. Maybe I didn't cook them long enough? Thank you for another amazing recipe!

What would use sub for the allulose. We used to be able to buy allulose in Canada for around $10 but it's doubled and more now.. no more allulose for us.

You hit this one out of the park, Victoria! Thanks so much for bringing back that ooey-gooey goodness that I so miss! That allulose is magical!

I get so confused on the sugar substitutes. Is the Allulose you used powdered or granular? I typically use Swerve powdered sugar sub because all the granular sugar subs I use (Monk Fruit, white and brown) do recrystallize and are so gritty. Thanks for this and all your recipes.

I have a different but also really good keto based granola that I usually have with greek yoghurt and a few cherries. This granola would go well with these no bake chocolate bars. Will give them a try – looks like a good treat – but want to work with something other than allulose.
Allulose in Australia is a full on ripoff – in USD terms they want to charge $22.00 for half a kilogram which is roughly a pound. I can see you guys in USA get it for $9.00 for around a pound which would be fair enough. The expense here comes courtesy of the food regulator not yet approving it for food use as they say they don't have enough information on it. So it has to be imported so they whack huge mark up on it for that availability. Consequently, I am on the lookout for low carb sweetener that dissolves well. Can get away with erythritol in baking. But without the heat and particularly refrigerating a non baked recipe with erythritol will create that crystallised grit that spoils things. I don't have a really sweet tooth so don't have to buy all that much of it. But I don't like paying for something that the regulators manipulate the price with. Hopefully the regulator just approves it shortly.

Those look so yummy! A thought because you mentioned the blueberry Keto cereal at Costco. I love the blueberry cinnamon cereal but sometimes crave chocolate which they carry. You could possibly make these with the blueberry cereal but use white chocolate. Not sure if there’s such a thing as white cocoa powder. Perhaps just use white chocolate chips. Something to think about and experiment with. Thank you for all your delicious recipes!😊

Alas the granola mix uses erythritol and I am sensitive to it but I think I can an make a mix of the ingredients from the package and sub in stevia which seems to be the only sweetener that doesn't upset my system

These look delicious, Victoria. Thank you!

Obviously the net carb system works well for you? I am unfortunately one of those whom it doesn’t – so I have to count total carbs and keep them low (if I want to lose weight).
Alas this means I might have to pass on these delicious cookies! πŸ˜”
