    Thanks, D. This is my daughters favorite cake. I love the lotus, but if I make it for her, which I will, I will have to use digestive biscuits..equivalent of graham crackers. Thanks so much. This is a godsend, for real. This and biscotti…work to do!💚

    δεν νομιζω οτι υπαρχει στην Ελλαδα σπίτι που να μην φτιάξει εστω μια φορά το χρόνο αυτο το γλυκο, ειδικα το καλοκαιρι !!! και υπαρχει και σε πολλες παραλλαγες πχ δεν ζεσταινεις καθολου τα υλικα !!! χτυπαμε απλα το βουτυρο ή τη μαργαρινη με αχνη και κακαο + καρυδια (με μιξερ ) το λεμε και " σαλάμι " γιατι του δινουμε αυτο το σχημα και πασπαλιζουμε με τρουφα σοκολατας 💙💙
    *ελπιζω να καταλαβαινεις ελληνικα … ε?😊😁

    Thank you SO MUCH for this, Dimitra!! I grew up on this recipe which is called “Biscuit au Chocolat” in French-speaking countries around the Mediterranean!! My mom always had some in the fridge or freezer ready to make the kids happy. 😀 Thank you very much again!!

    Right on time! I have my son’s birthday tomorrow and was looking for an easy cake! Mosaiko is one of our favorite, thank you Dimitra! By the way i made your green bean casserole this year and it was THE BEST. I added smoked mozzarella cheese and grass fed cheddar instead of parmezan and it was absolutely delicious! In my opinion the smoked mozzarella did all the difference!
