People sleep on these crossover style grills but they are fun! Iโ€™ve got a masterbuilt 20qt air fryer that has a wood chip drawer that sits on the burner. Air fried/smoked wings beats out any other method Iโ€™ve tried! Planning on air frying/smoking a 20lb bird for thanksgiving! It can also dehydrate & has tons of space for lots jerky.

The only people that this will benefit are people that live in an apartment or condo where you can't have a grill or smoker, I cooked ribs in my Ninja grill for the Super Bowl too cold to cook outside. I cooked them on roast for an hour wrapped them foil for 1 hour on bake then cooked for 1 hour then sauced them and cooked them for 45 minutes better than I thought they would be but, in the summer, I use my smoker and smoke them for 4 to 5 hours and they do have a smoke ring.

Was your demo outside? or maybe a porch? Was it under a roof overhang? Reason I ask…Would this work well on a 2nd story enclosed porch with one wall open with screens?

Looks good but Did it have a smoke flavor? I donโ€™t really care about the smoke ring either but smoke flavor yes I care about that. When it comes to ninja I tend to go through the website and buy the whole damn thing and it seems as though the whole thing is gonna cost eight to $900 before I spend that kind of money Iโ€™m going to continue to watch your channel to get more information when it comes to barbecue seeing how much you like barbecuing at 10 to trust you on this not ninja because I know it is you tell the truth when it comes the barbecue such as grilling.

Think this is perfect for single people living in an apartment I also think it should be just a little bit longer man is the outdoor grill when youโ€™re grilling you canโ€™t want more than one thing on the grill.

Those ribs looked damn good. I started with an MB electric smoker and very rarely got a smoke ring but would get smoke flavor (light flavor but was there), might have something to do with that. In any event, I could see that being a great cooker for apartment living where you're restricted from charcoal or gas.
