Dang those chops look delicious CJ! I’ll be grilling some prime rib burgers on the Ninja Woodfired grill today. You’re definitely right about grilling to temp. Cheers brother!
Those looked absolutely delicious. I'll definitely give them a try when it warms up, up here in the high country of Preskitt, AZ. Gotta love that wood fire grill. Thanks CJ
I was given a Ninja Woodfire Grill for Christmas by my son and Daughter-n-law. Being in the mountains of WV, where we get Winter, I have still braved the lower temps to try it out on several occasions. I've gone the Lollipop Chicken, Pork Tenderloin, Chicken Breast and pork chops. But my favorite was using a Traeger recipe for Smoked Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms. These were the best and really took on a lot of smoke. I never miss your videos since I've gotten my grill. I was planning to do a whole roasted chicken this weekend, but Mother Nature has different ideas about that as we're going to have a nice "Wintery Mix" of rain, sleet, and snow with temps in the 20-30 degree range. Keep the videos coming.
Hello, thanks for reviewing this product, I have a question? Why don't you make criss cross marks on your meat? It looks so much better. Every review I have seen doesn't do the criss cross. Thanks again!

😋😋😋 In St. Louis, those would be called pork steaks… Pork chops here look more like the larger cut of a T-bone.

I think l would still like them on BBQ grill. I like the fat crispy on pork steak. The fat taste good that way.
I do like a good pork chop, but one needs to be careful as they can dry out pretty quickly. However, those look juicy and tasty.
Looks great!
Thank you for trying it out brother . Great video
