Hi I really want you to know how much I enjoy listening to your videos I am totally blind and I really do appreciate the fact that you describe everything that you do in your videos and that you tell the measurements of things when you make recipes hope you have an amazing day and I would love to hear for you
If you are not going to use a food saver sealer try putting a thick straw in the ziplock bag after sealing most of it and sucking the air out. Then seal as you pull the straw out.
I'm so glad you did this I feel better doing now stay safe my friend 😊😀
Fill with hot water from your kitchen tap; Speeds up the process.
I've said many times, enjoy your videos John.
I feel I must warn your followers that the one lid with probe is the Cadillac and this speedi is a entry level Chevy. Amazon Warehouse sells the fancy One Lid with probe for about the same price as the Speedi on the regular Amazon site. There is not a single function the speedi does that the One Lid does not do, so the One Lid with Probe is the Kitchen Device that far superior. Save your money and purchase the 3rd generation Ninja Grill / Griddle.
It looks like Sour Vide sucks. 2 hours for temp to get 130 wow. and sear wasnt hot to sear the stake.
Ninja has a new Woodfire Outdoor pellet grill!
Another great video. I’m convinced now to buy prime vs choice since you did the math for us. Going to do this tomorrow in my OL701. Looks delish. Thanks again.
Nice video John. If your bag wants to float throw a spoon in the bag or something to weigh it down.
Great video John. Appreciate your honest opinions on the sous vide function of the Ninja. I've found that most multipurpose cookers just don't have consistent temp control and are on the small side for capacity. I splurged for a circulator and it was well worth it.
Thanks, John! I have never used the sous vide function on any of my Ninja devices (I have quite a few), but your sous vide videos really make me want to try it. I normally just air fry my steaks (because I’m impatient)! Think it’s time to try out this sous vide!
Deal killer if no actual current temp readout !
