James, nice chicken wings. I cook my chicken wings in the same settings. A spatchcock chicken is great in the Ninja Speedi. I use a wireless probe to monitor the internal temp. For some reason, after your video ended, your theme song kept playing for an extra 3 minutes

Looks Great, I will try wings tonight. I am looking forward to your Speedi Functions explanation. I cannot find any clear explanations for the differences between Speedi Meals, Steam and Chrisp, and Steam and Bake, as they all seem to use both the top Air Fry and bottom Steamer elements.
