I’ve never had duck but omg it looks sooooooo good! Honestly you work magic with the air friers! Also I never realized the temp of meat would rise during the resting time so that’s good to know!

Oh Lindz I love duck but never ever cooked it I just used to order it at the Chinese every time we got a takeaway but it became so expensive I stopped getting it and just stuck to pork chicken and beef meals.that looks so good and so tasty flower,another enjoyable video Xx

Looks lush, Lindz. I've never tried Duck properly so I will keep this in mind. By the way, I now buy those frozen sausages from Aldi that you once recommended. I really like them & it's handy that they can be frozen and there's quite a lot in a bag so cheers for that. Carry on the good work.
Hi lindz..we not fans of duck ..but still enjoy watching…apart from are gammon failure. And your advice. We are now cooking different small joints..now doing chips and veg and roast potatoes. All fresh. We are still having a laugh..your videos definitely help two oldies….respect and thank you young lady…shan /dave

Looks delicious, I’ve only ever had duck in the Chinese, but can’t say I’ve seen any chef carve a duck only seen it on the plates as portions.

Nice one Guru Lindz, another natural and super video. I was really interested in your veggie pre-cook in the microwave and I'm now going to do same. I'm not into duck, unless it comes with plum sauce in a Chinese or goose – which means fatty to me …… suppose that makes me a chicken, beef or pork person. This was incredibly enjoyable and I'm now contemplating about getting your pro thingy to make things easier, coupled with my Megazone jobbie to improve flexibility. Take care xxx
