Well done Lindz. Good to see a simple but much used cooking idea. But do use your thermometer all over that chicken as you’ll be surprised how the legs maybe not be done. And it will need more cooking on a lower temp. But it looked fabulous. Well done

Totally agree about the pressure cooked chicken Lindz it's so moist,I don't cook full chickens that often as I feel it dries out a bit the next day so I tend to just buy thighs,fillets and drumsticks and just cook enough for one days meal,nice tasty looking plate of food there,another enjoyable video flower Xx

I'd worry about the durability of that heating element etc! Chuck looks tasty. I always find Bramwells products pretty good for the price.
Pressure cook and then roast is definitely the best way to cook a whole chicken.

Wow, Lindz….that's a big old chicken. Looks like it would bost if you stick a pin in it. When I first got the Ninja Foodi, I did the basic roast (small chicken) in about one hour but it sometimes turned out a bit chewy so I packed in. Think I'll try this myself as you can't beat a decent chicken dinner.
