Lisa, it looks absolutely divine 👍🤤😀
The Smart Lid thermometer really does a great job. I don't mind a thicker slice of rare roast beef, so I'd be happy to take that one. Another great demo and recipe from the Smart Lid.
The other day I made a garlic and herb slow cook lamb shanks. I thought I'd jazz up the flavours by adding a cup of Stout and a tbs of Molasses. It was wonderful. Dark, rich, sweet and savoury. Gave a neighbour a serve and she said it was so good she woofed it down.
Thanks for providing your time for us viewers.
    Cheers 😀

Hi Lisa Pretty sure I heard you’re using a rump roast. Going to give this a try. Yum. Looks delish. I’ve heard that ninjas probes aren’t very accurate and all of my ninjas have probes and it’s hit and miss so I’m going to do my beef proteins at rare because your rare looks like a perfect medium rare which I love. Thanks for another fun video. 😁

Rump roast probably not best for steam & crisp. This is tough roast–best for slow cook or pressure cook than finish off air fry. Then, slice real thin–good for italian beef. Any thicker and you'd break your teeth. Better economical cut would be sirloin tip for steam & crisp. Like the plated look. The rub looks good.
