My Cooking with CJ Instant Read arrives tomorrow!! 😀. FYI – I made a 4lb chicken in my OL601 using Steam Crisp. I like Cornish hens, but I haven't made them yet in my Smart XL 6 in 1, so I really appreciate this video! I will try it on the rack in the base pan of my Smart XL 6 in 1 (maybe on parchment paper). ONE QUESTION: I haven't made Cornish hens in years, and the last time I made them I stuffed them with wild rice, in an oven, so what (if anything other than cooking to temp) would you do differently if you were to make stuffed Cornish hens? Thx in advance!
