Cathy's got a new toy, that she seems to be lovin'
It's new Ninja Foodi's, Digital Air Fryer Oven
(The name of this thing, although I've had worse
Was no easy job, to contain in a verse)
First and foremost, it takes less counter space
Which keeps it in Cathy's, kitchen's ever good grace
From cookies to wings, it cooked like a dream
And you know Cathy likes, that it's easy to clean
Except for the mesh, which took extra time
With toothbrush in hand, she got all that grime
She made a nice batch, of low carb type chips
Though one made a break, to escape from her lips
Broccoli and pizza, and spuds were a hit
And a Michael Scott moment, about the toast and the fit
When it comes down to pizza, I'm far from a snob
Papa John's is just fine, Domino's does the job
I really like b-b-b-both, please pardon my stutter
As long as the box, has that warm garlic butter

I just bought this today and your video is great. You make it seem easy to use. i was daunted after taking 20 minutes to get it out of the box along with the styrofoam. But, you changed my mind. Thanks.

Curious to know if the finish came off the bottom pan? My first air fryer is the basket type and it started flaking within a few uses, my second one has the multiple racks in it and I keep it covered in foil each use to prevent it from flaking.

Great review, Cathy! That's a pretty nice toaster oven. It's so low profile, it kinda reminds me of those space saver ones that attached under the cabinets.
QotD – I like hand tossed Supreme pizzas and Hawaiian pizzas. And during the summer months I like the Little Caesars Nacho Cheese pizzas on pretzel crusts. Yum!

Cathy this was a well informed review, and good show of functionality and limitations. My favorite pizza regardless of places is pineapple and cheese extra sauce!

Excellent demonstration and review. I'm quite happy with mine and find I use it more than expected. Favorite pizza may be the garlic chicken pizza on cauliflower crust from California Pizza Kitchen.

My husband has made wings in several ways, but our favorite is floured and deep fried. I don't like my wings tossed in wing sauce, I prefer them plain and I just dip them into wing sauce or blue cheese dressing every couple of bites. We have a really nice deep fryer so NP there.
As far as pizza goes: East of Chicago Pan pizza deluxe.

Hey Cathy, great video. Thanks so much for doing the wings. Sorry the cleanup was so tough. It looks like a pretty good oven. Especially the fact that it flips up to save space. A bit pricey though. At Bally's in Atlantic City there is Walt's original pizza. My wife and I were there yesterday and ate a whole pie an x large 18"..yum.
I like plain or pepperoni, also veggie pizza with no cheese and light sauce. Keep up the great work. Have a wonderful evening. Be safe

that's a hard question of the day for a pizza junkie to answer. my go to pizza for trying out a new place is just an extra cheese pie, if they can't get that right then you're asking for trouble when you add toppings.
my pizza of choice is an Hawaiian pizza but with ham, bacon, onion, lite sauce(BBQ or tomato), jalapenos and extra cheese (every pizza gets extra cheese).
the new(?) Papa John's Extra Cheesy Alfredo pizza was pretty good and I'm not a fan of Alfredo sauce.

You have a sister? Can we tell you apart? Maybe she’s been sneaking videos in, and we didn’t know the difference. Sounds like a future topic. About the oven, I’m glad you got the 100 version instead of the 101. The dehydrate and warm functions added don’t seem worth enough to jerk the price up that much above the Emeril Lagasse oven, which is the other most popular right now. I love my Ninja Foodi PAF because most of the mess stays inside the pot which can be soaked to clean it. But I have still managed to cook stains into it. I highly recommend the 9” round silicone liner by Silpat. I’m sure you could find a square one sized to that oven. Definitely worth having. What are the temperature and time ranges that can be set manually on the oven? Can you manually duplicate the Warm and Dehydrate functions so it doesn’t matter at all that you don’t have them on buttons?

I usually just get box pizzas at home. But my favorite pizza experience was in Smugglers Notch, Vermont ski resort. The pizza shop was outside of the resort by a few miles. So this was a place for the locals not the tourists. There was a wood burning stove in the little modest dining room and a big window to look out and watch the snow come down on the trees and mountains while eating the hot pizza in the toasty dining room. Couldn’t put a price on that. The people at the resort were miserable snobs the whole time there. But none of the locals are like that at all.

Thank you for a very thorough review. I can't believe all the work you go through to give us a great review. It seems like the oven requires a lot of picky cleaning, especially with anything greasy. The drip tray seemed almost dangerous when you were making the wings, not good design on Ninja's part.

My favorite pizza is also BBQ chicken pizza from California Pizza Kitchen!

You also need to do a follow-up review on these when there are a year old how are they holding up are they still working are they still easy to clean? I mean they look nice but they look awful flimsy.
And ask for my favorite pizza it depends if I make it myself I like to make hamburger and black olive. If I go with a pizza chain I used to like Pizza Inn but that's the one near me close down I like Pizza Patron and their meat lovers.

Seems a little dangerous with having to take the bottom pan out with the fryer pan at the same time. If you accidentally tip it either you make a mess or burn yourself. Also seems like a lot of work to clean. Only cool thing is that it flips up to save space, but have to wait for it to cool.
