did you know you are not supposed to freeze chicken you have defrosted as each time you let it defrost bacterial starts to grow and it will keep growing till fully frozen. you can re freeze if you cook them as you have killed the bacterial

Thank you so much. You gave me so many ideas. I wanted chicken strips and they turned out wonderful. I decided to try and find a recipe because I ruined catfish. The breading and the flour mix that you made that’s perfect and hopefully I won’t ever ruin another dish by winging it!
rather than wasting your time with the breading station which in my experience can get pretty messy and can be a pain in the behind for cleaning, why not get one of those breader bowls? think they're called breader batter bowl? you can get them from amazon for cheap and they are dishwasher safe so pretty nice to be honest, they also bread the chicken waaaay faster than the traditional way of doing it its also mess free and goop free cause i hateee doing it with my hands and doing it with tongs doesn't work well either cause you get clumps that build up on the tongs as you continue to bread

I made these tonight with chicken thighs. I had my work cut out for me because I accidentally got bone in skin on but they still came out wonderful and would for sure make them again (with the right cut of chicken next time). Another great recipe! Thank you

I made these today and OMG! So freaking good. My mom loved them too! I used baking powder instead of flour and Cajun/plain pork rinds instead of regular bread crumbs to cut the carbs a bit and it came out delicious! I also made the Asian/garlic Parmesan/Buffalo sauce. So good! Thank you so much.
