Hello dear where can I purchase protectors to put on the feet of the rack in order to stop it scratching the surface of the main cooking pot. I am so desperate as many people complain about this issue. My ninja foodi is arriving today and I'm so excited but worried about scratching the pot 🇬🇧

I’ve become very aware of scratches in my pot, because you use silicone and it’s recommended. I’m having a hard time finding the flat silicone liners for the bottom of the pot, and you don’t use them. How do you protect your pot from the metal racks?

My diffuser broke and now only has 3 legs (because I did not know how it should be taken off and I squeezed it), and I cannot find a replacement. Amazon does not seem to carry them and the Ninja Foodi site is all sold out? Anywhere else?

I've had a Foodi about 3 weeks now and I just can't stop cooking! So Far almost everything that I've made has come from you! I won't say they came out as good as yours, but I plan to keep on trying. I may never use a stove again….and yes, I bought to0omany accessories. I could not find your egg bite pan recommendation. Watched that tonight and can't wait to make my own. BTW, can the small cast iron frying pan be used with any function or just in the air fryer? Anyway, thank you so much, I just love watching you! Food Network are you watching?

Nice to know information: When baking potatoes outside in or over a campfire, use ALUMINUM nails pushed through the potatoes to conduct the heat to the center of the potato, it cooks more evenly and quicker. Question, how do you determine the heat and time when cooking multiples in the pot?

Hello Louise, I am 72 and a widower. I have had a Foodi for about a year and didn't use it much except for chicken wings a steak occasionally, then I found you videos and you have changed my life. In the past 2 weeks I have made your beef stew, ham & bean soup, beef stroganoff, a whole chicken (from frozen), chicken & dumplings ( i can't believe I made dumplings from scratch!), pot roast, made my own bone broth, ricotta cheese and will try to make your double stacked lasagna tonight (BTW, the MaxRock pans you have an amazon link to are no longer available). I am planning on trying to make some 360 meals, wish me luck. No more carry out!

    Since I found you I don't need a wife 🙂

    Thanks Louise

We made a good call. I ran a test by pouring in the pot 4 cups of water. I set it to sear and 20 minutes later, the water only reached 225 degrees. You were right. You and I together proved that we can't deep fry in the foodi. I have to tell you that you are my "go to" person in this topic. You are great as a teacher. My family is amazed at how good a cook "I HAVE BECOME" and you are the reason for this. Keep coming up with new recipes so I can dazzle my family.
PS: think my wife figured out that I was watching your videos so I am soon going to get busted that you are my inspiration. You are my inspiration.

Great Video, thank you. My Ninja Foodie 6.5 did not come with the basket or the legs that go underneath. It would be appreciated if you could add links. My Foodie came bare bones. I can't seem to find it. I checked your site, Amazon, and the Ninja's site. Thank you again.

    Hi Louise,
I recently purchased The 8 qt. Ninja Foodi Deluxe and absolutely love it! I was also lucky enough to come across your website – The Salted Pepper. In a word – fabulous!!
I am going to buy some aluminum pans and would like your advice as to size. We are a household of 3, with two very big eaters – I found I had to double the rice and beans in the Mexican Pot Roast recipe! So with that said, should I just buy the 8" x 2" pans? Or should I get the 8"x 3" size? I look forward to your reply, as I do your regular emails.

The small silicone lid is good for keeping your tea or coffee hot. You could also just cut slits into the larger silicone lid if you are concerned with trimming it a bit too small.
