I had used the Ninja Foodi for a few weeks before I enrolled in the course. I can definitely recommend it, as I learned so much, and was also able to discover where I had been going wrong.

I have printed out all the free reference guides you supplied and they are so useful.

Louise was the reason I decided to invest in the Foodi and now the Ninja Indoor Grill as well. Her recipes are outstanding and my super fussy eater 6 year old granddaughter had two helpings of the Cheesy beef and rice casserole.

I have never ordered a pay for on line cooking class before, but after watching you and your many videos on The Salted Pepper, I without hesitation,I whipped out my card and enrolled before it became too late! Having been a home cook for over 55 years, I thought I pretty much knew most of the important tricks of the trade, but "sister" you have it all! I respect your way of teaching and I just feel like I'm in your kitchen as a friend, watching and learning.I've copied a couple of your more complicated recipes and as I didn't have a Ninja Foodie yet (it's on it's way now) it was a lot more tedious and more pots and pans. In the long run. the dish was superb, but could have taken a lot less time and more browning on the chicken. Can hardly wait to get my Foodi and start your class in earnest!

As a member who is enrolled in the course, I can tell anyone who is interested in it, it will remove any intimidation you may have about using your Foodi. You will gain a much, much greater understanding of how to use the Ninja Foodi for most things you want to cook. I can't recommend this course highly enough, so if you are curious, get it. You can always get a refund if you're not happy with it. (which I can't imagine happening)

Hi Louise! Because of your videos, I purchased a Ninja Foodi. Because I became so confident from your videos, the first thing I made was Prime Rib! My sister loves Prime Rib (as do I) and we were pleasantly surprised and excited on how well it turned out. It was the best ever. When I heard you were offering a course I had sent you an email to get on the waiting list and then the day happened! I was enrolled and loved every minute of the course. It was just last week when I experienced the steam coming out from the PC with the valve set on SEAL! I knew exactly what to do and how to troubleshoot it as a result of taking your course. I am so thankful for the reference guides you provide and available for download. Now I have to create a facebook so I can participate fully! I've been watching you for 2 years and this is my first comment!

I have watched a ton of your videos and they are so helpful so I can't wait to take the course. I use my Ninja Foodi but not as much as I could. BTW the corn in the husk turned out wonderful and will be my go to always! Thank you Louise.

Is the course free? I don’t have a foodi I have an IP and I’ve had it about 2 yrs and never used it bc I’m so intimidated by it. My MIL got it for me. It’s the big IP with the air crisper lid and all. I taught myself how to cook back when I had kids and they were little as I was never taught and had to teach myself. I can’t afford to make dishes that have to be made with many different ingredients etc. but I’m so so intimidated by my IP. My kid’s are grown and out of the house and it’s just my husband and I. I’m disabled so I haven’t been able to cook much at all due to pain from standing too long. I’m about to have my 10th spinal surgery and have a rare chronic nerve pain disease. So standing, sitting too long more than 10-15 is just painful. But I want to be able to make my husband and I some good yet easy dinners. I can’t afford to pay for courses bc I’m on a fixed income being disabled for the past 12 yrs and income is only 850 a mth. Makes it hard to make things with a lot of different types of spices or other ingredients you wouldn’t use often. Do you have a free course or know of a place I can learn. Like a 101 crash course. I wish I could afford all the extras you need having an IP like the different pans and silicone things. As there are so many. Basically everything extra you need to make like cheesecakes. But I don’t have a foodi. I don’t know when it’s good to do instant release or slow release. But I desperately want to learn and not be intimidated anymore. My mil got it for me bc she said it was much easier and less time cooking where you can walk away dump and go etc. I’m just desperate to be able to be able to make my husband and I some home good meals a few nights a week. I miss cooking. Oh just heard at the end of your video that it does cost money. Shucks maybe you know other avenues for those like me that just can’t afford. Bc bills are first priority. What I would give to be able to work again as I use to be a caregiver and cared for dementia patients in home and also worked with intellectual disabilities adults caring for them. Pay wasn’t great but my heart feels good caring for others. I hope after my next spinal surgery that I can find some kind of work pt after I heal. But all my doctors have told me my chance of going back to work even a few hrs a week is 2% chance bc that’s how bad off I am physically. But depression is bad not being able to do much. I am apart if your newsletter. But since yours is for the foodi I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️ if they would work for the IP as well. I’ve watched so many videos of yours and others with IP. But I can’t afford to waste food if I screw it up. Any help and advice would be great. Thanks

Oh boy do I need this course! I'm one of those people who is intimidated by the foodi. I have had it for almost a year and the only thing I cook is pork chops or steak. I feel that I've wasted my money. Can't wait to get started!

I wanted to tell you that I think you are a great cook. I always get hungry when I watch your videos. I also bought a Ninja Foodi because of you. It's still in the box but I will get it out eventually. : )
