Your meals are always on point and delicious I have a question how long can you store unopened chiles before they are not good anymore or will they turn a color or have a smell or you can just keep them and continue to use them thank you in advance
I love your videos! I've learned how to cook Mexican food because of your. I always have to have all the spices you mention whenever I cook now… I used to only use salt and pepper because no one has ever told me what to use… lol but I know my cooking is never as good as yours. And maybe 1 day.. I might take a chance on making tamales.. I have respect for anyone who takes the time to make them.
