Great ideas on how to incorporate lemon zest and flour without creating lumps in the cheesecake and how to prevent condensation on the cheesecake, thanks! I already have a go-to recipe but I still find it helpful watching videos on recipes to pickup new ideas that I haven't thought about.

I've made this recipe about a dozen times since I first stumbled upon. No matter if I alter it a bit or follow the recipe exactly, I get a spectacular cheesecake. The last one I served with home made elderberry jelly and it was a total hit. Easy and delicious, tangy, creamy, heavenly soft texture… Thank you for sharing this excellent cheesecake. It also freezes well, I cut the pieces and wrap them individually. That way I can just enjoy it a bit at a time.
