    For those asking about freezing the meals, you can freeze the egg muffins, chicken, salmon, creamed spinach, and even the vegetables for the burrito bowl. Just make sure you defrost it before reheating.

    I had a great time doing these recipes the only thing I had an issue with was the cream spinach didn’t thicken up as well as yours looks so it took a lot longer in the pan until it got to a decent consistency

    This gave me so many ideas… I’m a mom of 5 and I’m trying to lose at least 25lb I’m currently 158 and I’m 5ft 4in and my knees and ankles hurt and I thing it’s because the extra weight and I’m working so so hard but I have not seen any change

    Ok for someone who do NOT LIKE COOKING.This Will not work.And them meals that cost over 1 to 2,000 to lose weight 😔 Well back to eating like a rabbit.

    HI Kayla, I wanted to tell you that I love your video's! Thank you so very much for taking the time to do this. Oh and Congratulations on your engagement! I own a 43 acre off grid ranch south of the Grand Canyon. I am setting it up to be self sustainable, however I do have a few health issues. One is MS, and I just found out I now have Rheumatoid Arthritis. That's how I came across your channel. I noticed a lot of these products have to be purchased online or at a health food store. I would really like to see some meal planning made with things I can produce or raise at my home, and NOT to be SO dependent on purchasing groceries. Can you possibly show us some meals that would be able to be produced at a homestead? I am in zones 6b/7a so I realize I'm not going to be able to grow some of the things. Once I get my greenhouse built that will help me to grow a lot more things. I wish I could grow pineapples 🙁 Thanks again for sharing 🙂
