When you said why I don’t know that’s just what we do in the South, I thought immediately of Ouiser from Steel Magnolias. When she was saying she’s an old southern woman so she wears funny hats and gardens. And they ask her why and she’s like I don’t know why, I don’t make the rules. LOL. I love that movie.

Hi Katt👋👋👋 We got hit with a big snowstorm in So. Jersey yesterday as well, it started around 1am yesterday and snowed non-stop thru 3:30pm, we got approx 10” or more, depending on where you were plus the winds were very high. Your stew looked yummy, I’ve never had that kind before but I know I’d love it, I prefer ground beef over chunks, unless it’s beef tips, then that’s a whole different delight. Have you made or do you know how to make cream of potato soup? My father use to make that. But I don’t know how to cook it or what goes into it. I know it was creamy and white with potatoes in it and milk. I think he added a cream of celery soup to it too. It didn’t have onions in it. But I would love a vlog of cream of potato soup. Kat I make a similar stew. My grandma always used to make it and called it Hurry Up Stew. We use the same exact ingredients you did minus the beef stew seasoning. We use a large box of beef broth and a can of tomato sauce and I add thyme to mine. We serve it over egg noodles with Italian bread or biscuits. One recipe I got from my grandmother that I actually learned how to cook it well. Lol. 😊

Hi, Katt. Gosh, that stew looks so good! Here in Northern Maine, we haven't gotten any snow yet but the temperatures have been 20° and 30° below zero for most of the month of January. It's just bitter. I'm already anxious for spring. How is Bob convalescing? Take care, my girl.
