I am sharing a blueberry lemon syrup that is the perfect blend of sweet and tangy, ideal for drizzling over pancakes or yogurt.
My crockpot chicken & gravy is a blend of tender juicy chicken smothered in a rich, savory gravy that will have you looking forward to lunch or dinner all day! And finally a new high protein mashed cauliflower that is the perfect blend of low carb and high protein.

Oh my gosh, I have to try this blueberry lemon syrup. That is one of my favorite flavor combinations. Also, if you’re looking for quick and easy, I just started doing this, and it works so good. Make your hard boiled eggs in the air fryer! it is 16 minutes on 225°. Then put them in an ice bath and they peel so easy!

Just fyi, there are 3 teaspoons in 1 tablespoom. Im sure mkst things dont matter that much, but then some things do. 🤓
Hey, I wanted to pass along an FYI in case your husband or maybe any of his pals are car dudes. The old Winston wrecking yard is closing down for good, and their last day open will be April 13th. From what I understand, a fellow could leave out of there with some pretty good deals right now. 😉
