So cheesy grits is a big southern thing, think bbq shrimp and cheesy grits and I must recommend you try cheesy jalapeño grits! They are amazing and we have a bbq place that smokes them for just a short time and it goes so well with bbq. Really can't recommend enough 😋

I love to can corned beef. And i can potatoes. And just make hash with them. Fry a couple of my hens eggs and you have a yummy breakfast. I also take regular hamburger, when i get it on good sales. I wait till i have 4 or 5, 3 pound chubs. Then i brown it and add my own sausage seasoning and can it as breakfast sausage. Works so good!

Glad we dont get snow hardly ever on the southern oregon coast. I live way out in the country and it is almost impossible to get to town when it snows. Its pretty if you dont have to go anywhere in it.

Those look nice. I make my scrambled eggs with milk, nakes them fluffy. I add salt and pepper to mix in before cooking. I do similar movement with the eggs to get them evenly cooked. I always wondered what gritts taste like.

Just went to an emergency food pantry for the first time. It was awful. They asked for my full name, address, income, and when I refused to provide personal info, they handed me one thing and sent me away. I reported them to the big Food Bank here in Raleigh, NC. I recently moved and had an increase in rent. I'm full time employed without children or spouse (my kids have tails) so somehow I wasn't worthy of help. They had a whole building and table of food. I was the only car there. I just dont understand.

I reported them to the USDA too. But nothing like making me feel bad for asking for help. Clowns. Faith based. Okay 🙄

Thanks for showing us snow!!! It’s been so long since we had any, I could almost taste the snow cream!!!❤ breakfasts looked delicious! And I honestly didn’t think y’all eat grits there or know what they were, no offense but one of my best friends was from Iowa and she had no idea what they were, we had went out for breakfast and she thought I was eating mashed potatoes with breakfast, I said no silly they grits, she says they don’t sell them up where she lives or didn’t back in 1996, she still won’t eat them though but we love them! ❤
