    I made a gumbo a few months ago, and I didnโ€™t know about toasting the flour in the oven. So I was that person that stirred the roux over the stove for an hour. Haha!

    I love Tony C. Great Creole seasoning. I'd add shrimp at the end. I love a sea component to my gumbo. The smokey component of the turkey is a great addition. A frozen spoon can help with the skimming
