Harry, you said you make your own Sausage. Homemade Smoked Sausages would be a great. Forget the guy that said “you don’t want too see the sausage being made”. We watch Harry to learn.

Another great vid. Now I'm almost embarrassed to ask this but I gotta. You have been showing lately some beautiful prepared dishes that you mention could be microwaved. So I'm curious, are you placing those dishes in the freezer, letting them freeze up then vacuum packing them and then storing them in the freezer until needed? You develop such great techniques that I'm wondering if I can learn something new from you on this also. It always looks great Harry. Keep up the great work. 😃😷😃

Those curry paste ingredients are only available in Chinese and South East Asian (Viet, Thai, Singaporean) grocery stores. So it might be difficult for a lot of people to get. That crab paste has amazing flavor if used right.

I see that bucket of Mae Ploy (my favorite brand) down there. I keep the bigger bucket of their Thai green curry in my fridge for…emergencies. 😎 You use a lot of the same brands I do, which makes me feel good about such important life choices. Saving this one in my favorite recipes playlist to try later. Be well and my best to Mr. Beans.

Hey Harry, could we see more of your meal prepping and side dishes in general? Also, will your rubs be in Sam's Club as well? I'm hoping to pick them up there or Walmart, haven't seen them yet.
